A nice propertry, Insufficient car parking, some staff friendly and polite others lazy and thinking of other things. Insufficient room maintenance. Understaffed in the cleaning department but polite and friendly. Meals were quite good waiters and cooks all friendly. Reception needs to polish itself up somewhat though the boss girl seemed OK. Over all not living up to what should be expected for the price.
Good potential. Key personnel need to take in how things are done in a competetive world.
Alice Springs and surrounds are fascinating one needs many weeks to get a good introduction to the place. Some sections of the comunity are doing an excellent job to present the country and its inhabitants and history to the travelling public. Demand exceeds supply and in a lot of areas there is a take it or leave it attitude. Double the number of public toilets. Double the cleaning staff or stirr them into action.
Would be a good start to giving this unique place the setting that it deserves. There is so much to see and so much to do the potential is enormous.
